Safety First — Ensuring all work is done following our safety guidelines.
Accurate Actions — Translate templates, blueprints, and instructions into precise components for assembly of custom doors, frames and panels. May operate CNC equipment, hand tools and various measurement devices to facilitate product flow and feed downstream activities.
Team Support — Work with your team to troubleshoot issues and produce the highest quality product possible.
Continually Improve — Participate in various continuous improvement activities, lending your voice to the creative problem-solving process.
