Sucato Law Group, a leading firm specializing in estate planning and estate administration, is seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Paralegal to join our Bayonne, New Jersey office. Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to estate planning and estate administration.

Assist attorneys with drafting wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers and probate filings.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant client information.

Communicate with clients and third parties regarding document execution and procedural updates.

Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.

Paralegal certification.

Experience in estate planning or estate administration is highly valued.

At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm.

Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with legal document management and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience. Sucato Law Group also provides benefits, professional development opportunities, mentorship and a supportive team culture.
