Job Summary:
The Loader greets and assists customers in the garden center, ensuring a friendly and courteous experience throughout the loading process. This highly visible role involves heavy loading, stacking, cleaning, and assisting with the unloading and loading of lawn and garden materials. Knowledge of lawn and garden products is preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Basic reading and writing skills required.
No prior experience required; ability to read and write is essential.
Familiarity with lawn and garden materials is preferred.
Requires frequent heavy physical activity, including standing, walking, and heavy lifting. Work is performed in a non-air‑conditioned environment and is classified as constant heavy work with occasional extra heavy work.
