Overview
Spray Painter – Paint, Assembly & Shipping - Metal Container Fabricator. Currie, NC | Full-Time | 18–$22/hr (Depending on Experience).
Container Products Company is a trusted manufacturer of high-quality metal containers. We’re hiring a full-time Industrial Spray Painter to join our fabrication team. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Mix and apply industrial coatings (paints, enamels, lacquers).
Prepare surfaces and containers for painting.
Spray or brush paint according to specifications.
Wear and maintain PPE daily (Tyvek suits, respirators, gloves, steel-toe boots).
Assist with final prep, clean-up, and shipping.
Climb ladders, scaffolds, and in/out of large steel containers.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Requirements
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
Must pass annual respirator physical and training.
No facial hair that interferes with respirator seal.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and SDS documentation.
Comfortable working with paints, lacquers, and solvents.
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet.
Forklift experience preferred.
Strong work ethics and team-oriented attitude.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday 5:30am-4:30pm, 40 hours/week.
Occasional mandatory overtime.
