Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a Med Surg/Tele unit
-
Monitor and document patients conditions, vital signs, and progress

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
-
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

License: Current RN license (or eligibility)

Experience: Previous acute care, medical-surgical, or telemetry experience preferred

Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred

Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
