Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care (Med Surg/Tele) Full Time

KA Recruiting is working with a well-respected healthcare facility in Southern Arizona that s seeking an experienced Acute Care RN to join their Medical-Surgical/Telemetry team. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a Med Surg/Tele unit

  • Monitor and document patients conditions, vital signs, and progress

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions

  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications
  • License: Current RN license (or eligibility)

  • Experience: Previous acute care, medical-surgical, or telemetry experience preferred

  • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred

  • Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
