Bus Driver
We are currently on the lookout for experienced Bus Drivers to join our elite team in Marietta, Georgia. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Benefits
Starting pay $21.50 with progression to $33.50 over 4 years.
Vacation: up to 25 days per year.

Key Responsibilities
Execute flawless operations by following routes, schedules, safety protocols, and traffic regulations.
Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
Perform comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and equipment readiness.
Uphold company policies rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
21 years or older.
Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability for day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical as applicable; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits Schedule I drugs including cannabis.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules.
Long periods of sitting, typing, and outdoor/indoor work.
Verbal communication with passengers, dispatchers, and use of radio/PA.
Excellent vision for reading, depth perception, peripheral vision, and color perception.
Full range of hearing to operate radio and assist passengers.
Good manual dexterity to operate MDT keypad, radio, doors, etc.
Sit while operating around 75% of the day; move for inspections and boarding assistance.
Push/pull at least 50 pounds; bend, stoop, kneel, twist as needed.
Exposure to wet, cold, hot conditions, vehicle noise, vibration.
Low risk of injury from accidents, mechanical failures, fire, or explosion.
Drug‑Free Workplace
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Successfully pass pre‑employment drug screen.
