Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused
Call Center Agent
to manage inbound calls and assist customers with logistics-related inquiries. This role plays a key part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide shipment status updates and service information
Document interactions and update internal systems
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve issues
Maintain professional communication standards
Meet call handling and response goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and listening skills
Basic computer and data entry abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
$18–$25 per hour (experience-based)
