We’re a dynamic team with a proven track record of execution, delivering enterprise internet, VoIP, and managed services that outperform the competition. With millions of annual users, we’re the only carrier with full redundancy across all on-net projects, resulting in less downtime and lightning-fast installs (1–2 days).

Work closely with IT teams to address cross‑functional technical challenges and improve overall service quality.

Communicate clearly and professionally with users and leadership, keeping stakeholders informed on issue resolution and project updates.

Qualifications - What You Bring

5–7 years of experience in network engineering, telecom, or ISP environments

Strong hands‑on experience with routing, switching, and troubleshooting

Required: Real‑world experience with ISP or carrier‑grade microwave radio systems (installation, alignment, troubleshooting, and maintenance)

Experience with Cambium, Ubiquiti airFiber, Siklu, or similar platforms preferred

Comfortable working both in the field and in technical troubleshooting environments

Ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution

Physical Reality of the Job

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

Willingness to perform hands‑on installation work

Will drive own or company vehicles

Other Must‑Haves

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to sites

VoIP experience is a plus

Education

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Why You’ll Succeed in This Role

IIf you enjoy solving real problems, working on real infrastructure, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role fits. If you’re looking for a quiet desk job, this isn’t it. This position is built for a resourceful engineer who is just as comfortable in a server room as on a rooftop, with a focus on keeping networks running smoothly and customers satisfied.

We’re a fast‑growing, execution‑focused company offering competitive compensation, incentives, full benefits (health, dental, vision), 401k matching, PTO, parking, gym access, and cell reimbursement.
