Packaging Innovation Engineer – Materials R&D

TekniPlex is hiring a Development Engineer to join the Innovation R&D Group at our Global Innovation Center in Holland, Ohio. In this role, you will lead packaging platform initiatives and support R&D projects that drive growth in the Consumer Products Business. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering, with 5-10 years of product development experience in packaging. This on-site position offers the opportunity to drive innovation and collaborate across teams.
