What our HVAC Technicians do
Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
What we offer
Competitive Compensation: With our tools, resources and training, our technicians are able to make over $48 per hour
Competitive base salary and bonus program; top technicians can earn over $100,000 per year
Sign-on bonus: up to $3,000 for qualified candidates

Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
Relevant licenses and certifications
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Clean and neat appearance
Strong customer service and communication skills
