Our client, a leading organization in facilities management and maintenance, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be part of the maintenance operations supporting the Columbus, OH market. What’s the Job?
Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks.
Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts.
Perform general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance, and minor plumbing repairs.
Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
What’s Needed?
Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Self‑motivated individual capable of working independently or within a team environment.
Willingness to be on call for after‑hours emergencies.
Ability to comply with policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
