About the Role
A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a
Production Supervisor
to lead daily operations on the production floor. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on safety, quality, and efficiency—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading a team.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise production employees during shift operations
Ensure safety, USDA, and food quality standards are consistently met
Monitor production yields, efficiencies, and workflow performance
Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet production goals
Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance procedures
Communicate daily goals, updates, and results with the team
Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and operational improvements
Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
OR
equivalent experience
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing/production
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Experience with food production, SAP, or inventory systems is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
Exposure to hot, cold, wet, and noisy production environments
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs required
