Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
At least 5 years experience in understanding corporate communication, public relations, and marketing strategies in multinational international organisations.
Demonstrated experience, at least 4 years, of supporting military interoperability programmes and concepts.
At least 5 years of experience in crafting high‑fidelity messaging, imagery and information products across a range of media types including web content, imagery and photography, infographics, video and audio.
Desirable
Clearance & Security Awareness: Ability to work with classified/unclassified data and within secure environments.
Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to develop clear, effective communication strategies aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder Management & Influence: Skilled at engaging and aligning key stakeholders (internal and external). Ability to build trust, navigate organisational dynamics, and drive consensus.
Duties / Role
Creating necessary content and media to support FMN general awareness (video interviews, newsletter articles, blog entries).
Creating and improving communication campaigns and products aligned with the IPCaT C&A Plan objectives and analysis (NISP Flyer, IPCaT Team Booklet, IO Dashboard Flyer).
Monitoring, recording and assessing campaign results and outcomes and reporting them to IPCaT.
