You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and supporters, creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience every day.In this role, you’ll coordinate **Higher Everyday Living services (Everyday Plus)** within our Residential Care Home, ensuring residents have access to services that reflect their individual preferences and needs. Blending compassion with strong organisation, you’ll support residents and staff with confidence while working closely with site leaders to continuously improve services and outcomes.**Key responsibilities include:*** Acting as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors* Coordinating Higher Everyday Living (Everyday Plus) services on site* Guiding residents through service selection, agreements, and changes* Managing bookings, service delivery, invoicing, and reporting* Serving as the subject matter expert for Everyday Plus systems and processes* Responding to enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy* Supporting compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement* Collaborating with site leaders to refine services and identify new opportunitiesThis is a hands‐on, people‐focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating positive experiences, and making a genuine difference in the lives of residents.**What you’ll bring*** Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or residential aged care, with a strong resident-first mindset* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders* Strong organisational and coordination skills, managing agreements, bookings, service delivery, feedback, invoicing, and reporting with care and precision* A proactive problem-solver, comfortable handling enquiries and complaints and escalating appropriately when required* Confidence using systems and databases, with the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Higher Everyday Living IT systems* Commitment to delivering a high-quality resident experience, informed by feedback, consumer insights, and aged care trends* Understanding of compliance, privacy, and aged care standards, with a commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and best practice* A collaborative approach, contributing ideas, insights, and operational support to enhance services and drive innovationWe provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support and the dedicated people here who make it happen.At Anglicare, you’ll get the security, stability and opportunities that come with a strong, well-established organisation that’s ready for the future.
