You will join a collaborative and well-established team of eight Hematologists/Oncologists supported by a robust multidisciplinary care model. The program is backed by a nationally ranked hospital and features a modern cancer and infusion center currently undergoing a $15 million renovation. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights Join a team of 8 Hematologists/Oncologists in a collaborative setting General oncology with opportunity to develop a GU subspecialty focus Call schedule 1:6 with plans to improve to 1:9 as the team grows Patient volume averages 18-25 patients per day with 20 new patients weekly Multidisciplinary support including NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, and nurse navigators Tumor boards across multiple specialties including breast, lung, GI, and molecular Modern facility with 30 exam rooms and 30 infusion chairs $15 million renovation underway enhancing cancer center capabilities Additional clinics and support for complex GI oncology cases Coverage of a 463-bed not-for-profit hospital serving a 700K population Academic en
