Cyber Partnerships & Innovation Coordinator
Booz Allen Hamilton, Washington, District of Columbia, United States
Job Number: R0238298
Cyber Partnerships & Innovation Coordinator
The Opportunity
As a Cyber Partnerships and Innovation Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of a team at the center of Booz Allen's commercial cyber technology strategy — connecting the startup and venture capital ecosystem to the company’s most critical cyber missions. You understand that the best ideas move fast, and you'll make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll own the day-to-day rhythm of a high-tempo partnership function: maintaining the systems, records, and documentation that provide key insights and enable timely decisions. You won't just follow a process - you'll optimize it, manage it, and keep it current so the team always has a clear picture of where every engagement stands.
From keeping the Salesforce PRM accurate and actionable, to drafting strategic intent documents and partnership briefings, to tracking the status of active VC and startup relationships, you'll be the reason things don't fall behind. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across Cyber and Commercial teams, and you'll develop a strong working knowledge of the commercial-to-mission technology landscape in the process.
You Have
3+ years of experience in a business operations, program coordination, or strategy support role in a consulting, technology, or government contracting environment
Experience maintaining CRM or pipeline management systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including maintaining high standards for data quality and completeness
Experience drafting professional documents, including briefings, summaries, status reports, or coordination materials, that require minimal revision
Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing track of details or deadlines
Ability to work with discretion and sound judgment in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have
Experience supporting partnership, business development, or venture or startup engagement functions
Experience with the federal cyber market, government contracting, or defense technology landscape
Experience with Salesforce PRM or similar partner relationship management platforms
Experience with innovation processes, technology evaluation, or go-to-market activities
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise executive-ready materials
Possession of strong organizational skills
