Purpose Statement
Business Analysts provide customer service excellence by helping customers implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way, determining project or program requirements, communicating them clearly to stakeholders and solution developers, and assisting end users in testing and deploying the solutions.
Key Job Accountabilities
Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, articulate them into documented business requirements and demands, assist with prioritization by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis, and map demands into a process-focused functionality roadmap.
Contribute as a global team member within the application delivery process; represent customers by collaborating with IT teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Development, Support) to ensure requirements are understood and solutions meet expectations.
Understand business processes and systems for assigned customer areas and act as a liaison between IT, product teams, and the customer.
Manage and successfully deliver low to moderate complexity efforts.
Uphold the organization\'s cybersecurity posture by adhering to security policies and procedures, participating in training, protecting data and systems, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and reporting suspicious activity or potential security incidents.
Education/Experience Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
ECBA certification achieved or expected within role
Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable
Experience in computing systems or IT support is highly desirable
