Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Design Project Manager. The Design Project Manager will oversee design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes coordinating between different departments, managing project resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Manager will also be responsible for identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as ensuring that all designs align with company standards and client requirements.
Qualifications Project Management: Proven experience in managing design projects, coordinating between teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget
Design Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and a keen eye for detail
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Experience in the commercial refrigeration industry is a plus
