Job Details
53' Reefer Trailers with a Dedicated Grocery Account
100% touch freight
Home Daily
The driver must be willing to drive during the day, night, and weekends
Local slip seat, driver assist, multi‑stop deliveries
Average 1100 miles a week
Pay/Benefits
$0.56/cpm to $0.61/cpm depending on experience.
$55.00 unload pay per trailer with Electric Pallet Jack
$20 first stop pay - $15 each stop after.
New drivers will complete 4-6 weeks of OTR training with a mentor
Trainee Pay $650.00/week
$1300 - $1400 average weekly pay.
Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401k and PTO
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL (21+)
Graduated from accredited driving school and completed 120+ hrs
Strong safety record
Professional work history with minimal gaps
No recent safety-related employment issues
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (urine & hair)
