Key Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities
Visually inspect, prepare, wash, and package medical devices in the cleanroom environment per work instructions.
Follow all required cleanroom procedures for garbing, cleaning, and safety.
Strictly adhere to rules and protocols that shield products from exposure to particles, dirt, allergens, and other contaminates in order to maintain a sterile environment.
Responsible for meeting the standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety.
Execute and maintain scheduling due dates.
Recognize and correct any issues within the setup process.
Obtain daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour).
Comply with department and company SOPs.
Properly complete all required production documentation.

Prior manufacturing and/or production experience a plus.
Prior cleanroom experience a plus.
Willingness to work full time in a cleanroom environment.

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods; stooping, reaching, bending on occasion.
Ability to lift, push and pull 40 lbs.
Compensation
$18.21/hr + 5% Shift Differential
