Maintenance Technician

This role supports the day-to-day operation of facilities and equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs as needed. The Maintenance Technician helps ensure workspaces and systems remain safe, functional, and reliable.

Primary Duties

Respond to maintenance requests and address issues as they arise

Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance

Identify problems, determine appropriate fixes, and complete repairs

Assist with installation, adjustment, or replacement of equipment or components

Use available documentation or instructions to complete assigned work

Ensure work is completed safely and according to guidelines

Support general upkeep of buildings, work areas, and equipment

Communicate status updates or concerns to supervisors or team members

Keep basic records of completed work

Background & Capabilities

Experience performing maintenance, repair, or technical support work in a hands‑on environment

Comfortable using tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks

Ability to follow written or verbal instructions

Basic troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Dependable, safety‑conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision

Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities

Works well with others and communicates clearly
