Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver
Location: Primary Facility – Midland, TX. Hiring immediately.

Economy Transportation and Logistics is hiring experienced Regional Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We haul a variety of loads including tankers, ISO containers, flatbeds, and dry vans. Active Texas Commercial Driver License with Hazmat endorsement required.

Work Area

Primary Routes: From Midland, TX to other parts of West Texas (Andrews, Big Spring, Odessa, TX) spanning into oil wells and facilities in New Mexico.

Occasional Routes: Golden Crescent / Port Lavaca, Houston, and Arizona.

We follow the work wherever it goes.

Equipment & Schedule

Sleeper Trucks

Tankers, ISO containers, flatbeds, and dry van trailers

Home every other night

Weekly pay via direct deposit (W-2)

Pay & Bonuses

New higher pay rates

Weekly earnings: $1,400 - $3,900

Average weekly pay is $2,100

Retention bonus after 180 days

Orientation pay – among the highest in the industry

Paid vacation starts accruing on Day 1 and increases at Year 1 and Year 5

Breakdown pay, layover pay, multiple stop pay and other incentives

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

2 years of verifiable oilfield tractor/trailer or OTR experience

Experience operating a 10‑speed manual transmission

Recent driving experience (within the last 12 months)

Valid and current DOT Medical Examiner's certification

Willing to train on ISO and tanker trailers (hands‑on, on‑the‑job training provided)

Freight Handling

Some manual load/unload and load securement and/or tarping may be required.
