Job Title
SHIFT SUPERVISOR – Full Time
Location & Schedule
Oakland University – 411 Pioneer Drive, Rochester, MI 48309 (Openings at other locations within the district available). Full‑time schedule: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. (Full‑time and part‑time options with flexibility).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
Same‑day pay.

Responsibilities
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests.
May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required.
