Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers and display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Help customers with any questions they may have, directing them to another team member when necessary.
Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
Work across various departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
Qualifications
Detail‑oriented and organized.
Strong listening and communication skills, face‑to‑face and virtually.
Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
Process‑driven, able to follow procedures efficiently.
Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Desire to work with customers consistently.
