This role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical integrity, ensuring resident satisfaction, and performing service requests. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in maintenance or related trades, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Preferred certifications include EPA and CPO. This position may require weekend and on-call shifts.
