Key responsibilities include overseeing the final cleaning process, coordinating with construction teams, managing compliance with safety standards, and providing routine project updates to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in construction management and public works
Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial resources for projects
Knowledge of Construction Management principles, practices, and processes
Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Proficiency with project management software tools is a plus
Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred
Prior experience in the construction industry or managing post-construction cleaning a plus
