Fast-growing, entrepreneurial, and innovative media consultancy seeks a seasoned analytics and data science expert to guide a portfolio of high-growth, mid market and emerging clients. This hands-on leadership role focuses on moving beyond standard bottom-funnel "performance media" to adopt a broader, more strategic view of "media performance." This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team—comprising 20+ year veterans of leading media agencies—on the "ground floor" of a company making waves with clients and industry press. Position is remote in the New York metro area.ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients to establish scalable frameworks for evaluating media effectiveness.Develop and implement measurement strategies to shift the focus from bottom-funnel tactics to holistic media performance.Guide clients on judicious scaling while maintaining cost efficiency across channels.Leverage industry trends and advanced analytics to craft innovative, data-driven media strategies.Oversee media activation and optimization feedback loops to improve campaign outcomes.Contribute to thought leadership and agency's positioning as a leader in media science.QualificationsMinimum of 10+ years of experience in analytics and media measurement with a focus on consumer brands within the agency sector, media consultancy or in-house energy.Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline).Expertise in media analytics, measurement strategy, CAC optimization, and media performance including MTA, MMM and media research.Strong knowledge of industry trends and a deep understanding of scaling media campaigns effectively.Proven track record of guiding brands to evolve from performance-driven to performance-optimized strategies by challenging conventions to optimize client business outcomes.Must be able to be highly-entrepreneurial, hands-on and be comfortable working in a small agency environment.J-18808-Ljbffr
