We are recruiting for a leading international engineering and manufacturing group , specialising in motion control, springs, and mechanical components .

They provide high-performance industrial solutions to OEMs, distributors, and manufacturing clients across industries including automotive, aerospace, energy, medical, and industrial engineering .

The Role – Technical Sales / Business Development (DACH)
This is a Technischer Vertriebsmanager / Business Development Manager (Technical Sales / Field Sales) role focused on new business development and account management across Germany and the wider DACH region .

You will drive revenue growth by delivering technical sales solutions to industrial clients and developing long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development across Germany and DACH

Manage and grow key accounts and OEM customers

Sell industrial components, springs, and motion control solutions

Deliver technical sales presentations and consultative selling

Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and margins

Build relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations teams

Develop and execute territory and account strategies

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Travel across Germany and DACH ( field-based role with regular travel )

Candidate Profile

Background in industrial components, mechanical engineering, motion control, springs, hydraulics, or pneumatics

Proven success in B2B sales and new business development

Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or industrial clients

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience

Fluent in German and English

Experience in DACH markets

Experience selling engineered or technical solutions

Approx. €80 000 OTE (basic and commission/bonus) per year
