Memorial Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in making communities healthier.
How you’ll contribute
Updates policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Oversees financial processes for clinic operations.
Monitors the general electronic mailbox and completes or routes tasks as appropriate.
Generates and distributes weekly and monthly reports, including provider on‑call schedules, availability calendars, billing, and documentation reports.
Coordinates initiatives supporting staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement.
Serves as first‑line support for the electronic health record, including basic troubleshooting, merging duplicate charts, unlocking records, and maintaining pharmacy and practice database information.
Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Reviews and complies with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant company and division policies and procedures.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent - Required; Associate’s Degree Preferred
Certifications
BLS required
Skills & Experience
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
