We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead crews on commercial projects in the Los Angeles, CA area.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction crews
Ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and project documents
Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades
Maintain job site safety and compliance
Requirements
5+ years construction experience
2+ years foreman or supervisory experience
Commercial construction experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Compensation
$60,000-65,000/year . W-2 contract position.
