We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excels at solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality and timely work. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the store
Supervise, lead and develop team members
Achieve sales growth
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving complaints or issues
Manage inventory and merchandise

Requirements
General knowledge of the automotive industry
3+ years of experience as an automotive service writer
2+ years of experience managing a team or staff
