As a Civil Engineer | Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our land development practice, leading complex projects, mentoring teammates, and developing lasting client relationships in multiple states. Drive project success as both Lead Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing multiple land development projects in our key markets while ensuring quality deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.

Serve as Engineer of Record, developing creative site design solutions and leading technical analyses using advanced tools.

Work independently and with a team to drive project deliverables as both a project design Lead and Project Manager.

Assist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity take-off Lead the preparation of comprehensive site development construction documents, technical reports, and permitting documents.

Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long-term relationships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and those we collaborate with outside of the company (including clients)

Collaborate with and explain complex design options to a diverse stakeholder group.

Assist with estimating and proposal efforts for new project opportunities.

Effectively plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines and complete deliverables on time and on budget.

Mentor/train junior team members

Be responsible for quality control and following Windsor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP)

Develop and apply knowledge of engineering systems, codes, and other disciplines.

Coordinate with other disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Complete site visits as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience

Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in either WA, MT, or MN or ability to obtain it within 6 months

Proven experience in project management and technical review across multiple civil disciplines

Demonstrated experience implementing comprehensive QA/QC processes

5-12 years' of progressive experience in site design, including:

Advanced proficiency in stormwater modeling software (WWHM, MGS Flood, HydroCAD or similar)

Extensive experience Civil 3D for modeling and design

Strong understanding of land use and final site design permitting processes in WA, MT, and/or MN.

Proficiency in MS Office suite

Strong written, verbal and technical communications skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits

110,000 - 130,000 USD per year (United States)
