Position Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Technician I to provide best‑in‑class service to our customers. This role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment in an assigned territory.

Pay And Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 to $20.83, depending on location and experience levels.

Overtime available at time and a half.

Benefits:

Responsibilities

Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.

Service electromechanical equipment like self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.

Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance work, and system overhauls.

Basic Qualifications

Local candidate to a specific geographic area.

Authorized to work in the US.

At least 18 years of age.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Proficiency with PC, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.

Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Willingness to undertake prolonged travel and drive several hours per day.

Availability for rotating and weekend shifts, including holidays.

Capacity to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs without assistance, and up to 150 lbs with assistance.

Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying size repetitively.

Willingness to be trained on and operate small‑scale scissor lifts in retail environments to service or replace networking equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, imaging software.

A+, CompTIA, or N+ certifications.

One or more years of related experience.
