Job Description
We are looking for General Assembly-Entry Level candidates to join our team at our Gas Power Manufacturing plant in Greenville, SC, located on Forrester Drive. If you have assembly experience and are ready to work in a supportive, safety‑first environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools and fixtures per work instructions

Perform preset calibration and final testing on sub‑assemblies or complete units

Clean parts and maintain tooling and equipment per work instructions

Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs

Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity

Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency

Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, and look up instructions

Utilize work instructions, set‑up sheets and method documents to correctly set up machines and inspect machined parts

Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation

Required to wear personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs, and safety shoes), with or without reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Bring

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have at least 1 year of related work experience

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use precision measurement equipment

Flexibility:

Willingness to work 2nd shift (2 PM – 10:30 PM)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.), with or without reasonable accommodation

Must pass a background check and drug screen

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Pay Rate
The pay for this position is $22.55–$24.00 /hour plus 10% shift differential.
