This role helps to ensure proposals are organized, formatted, and submitted accurately while maintaining reliable CRM and qualifications data. As Consertus grows across markets and service lines, this role preserves consistency in how opportunity information and client-facing materials are prepared and maintained.**Key Responsibilities:*** Support pursuit timelines, schedules, and submission logistics.* Compile and format proposal materials, including resumes, project descriptions, appendices, and forms.* Update and validate resume and project data in Flowcase for active pursuits.* Assist in preparing brochures, client presentations, and leave-behinds using approved content and branding standards.* Coordinate logistics for interviews, presentations, and internal pursuit meetings.* Provide reporting inputs and documentation support following pursuit outcomes.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.* 1–3 years of experience in proposal support, marketing coordination, administrative operations, or related role within professional services.* Experience working in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.* Solid written communication skills and comfort editing basic content.**Working hours**Full-time, Exempt.
