Our client, a leader in the food processing industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.

Pay Range
$70,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain safety, quality, and production standards within the department
Ensure proper staffing requirements are met and enforced
Prepare daily efficiency reports and monitor key performance indicators
Verify compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other safety standards
Lead and motivate a team of approximately 40 hourly employees and 2 crew leads
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food processing, with familiarity in USDA and HACCP standards
Bachelor’s Degree in Meat/Agriculture Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make quick, sound decisions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of lock out/tag out procedures, GMP, BRC, and safety protocols
