As a participant of our brand‑new graduate program launching in 2026, you will gain hands‑on experience across a variety of impactful projects and be mentored alongside experienced engineering consultants, project managers and subject matter experts.

Conduct and monitor site inspections
Join project and client meetings
Refine technical designs and documentation
Analyse reports and specifications
Explore project and client management

Build connections through our Early Career Professionals Network
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Successful completion of the EIT exam, or ability to take the exam within 12 months
Demonstrated interest in the chosen field through previous internships, volunteering, or organisation memberships
Creative, methodical and pragmatic problem‑solving skills
Proficient communication and presentation skills for client and colleague interactions
Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and delivering value
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
Location & Work Pattern
Westwood, MA, US – reliable commute required per hybrid policy
Regular contract (US only)
