MASTERY MEETS OPPORTUNITY
Minimum 3 years of experience with Mercedes‑Benz; German luxury brand experience strongly preferred
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical proficiency
Commitment to delivering workmanship that reflects the Mercedes‑Benz standard
A positive team player focused on exceptional customer service
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
ASE and manufacturer certifications (preferred)
Own standard tools required for daily technician responsibilities
PRECISION IN EXCELLENCE
Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes‑Benz passenger vehicles
Document all work performed on repair orders per company and manufacturer guidelines
Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
Utilize manufacturer‑specific tools, systems, and software
Collaborate with the service team to deliver an outstanding ownership experience
