Construction Inspector

RK&K is seeking talented Roadway and Bridge Inspectors to work in and around Memphis, Tennessee. Our Construction, Engineering, and Inspection Division manages and supports mid‑large CEI design, design‑build, and inspection projects across the USA. Inspectors should have 2+ years of experience working on DOT and/or other local agency construction programs.
Essential Functions
Work on various roadway and bridge projects within the region’s geographic area
Oversight of contractor’s quality control operations
Quality Assurance sampling and testing
Completion of Daily Sampling and Testing Reports
Data input in SiteManager/LIMS
Daily communication with client, contractor, and field project personnel
Required Skills And Experience
2 years of prior experience providing QA services
Candidates must be trustworthy and responsible
Must have a solid background in mathematics
Understand how to read and follow test specifications
Excellent driving record

TDOT Asphalt Plant Technician
TDOT HMA Certified Roadway Inspector
Aggregate Technician
TDOT Concrete Plant Technician
Nuclear Gauge Field Technician
