Senior ETL Developer (SQL / PL-SQL, Data Integration)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise data integration solutions. This role focuses on complex SQL/PL-SQL development, ETL pipeline design, and integrating data across major enterprise systems including ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable ETL solutions and data pipelines

Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL for data transformation and loading

Integrate data from enterprise systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Maximo, etc.)

Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assurance

Support data modeling and ensure efficient data architecture design

Troubleshoot ETL failures and optimize performance of existing processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects and business analysts

Required Skills

Strong hands‑on SQL and PL/SQL development (must‑have)

Deep experience in ETL development and data integration

Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts

Experience working with large, complex datasets

Exposure to ERP integrations (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Maximo) preferred

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience

7+ years in ETL development, data integration, or related software engineering roles

Proven experience building enterprise‑scale data pipelines and ETL frameworks

Experience working in cross‑functional technical environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
