We are seeking a skilled,patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join awell-established, high-quality Urgent Care practice located just south ofBoston, Massachusetts. This position offers flexible scheduling, strongclinical support, and the opportunity to deliver efficient, high-quality carein a fast-paced outpatient setting. Providers must be comfortable treatingpatients of all ages.


Full-Time Position Details: Schedule: Three, 12 hour shifts per week

  • Compensation: $115,000 -$145,000 annually, plus productivity incentives

Part-Time Position Details:

  • Compensation: $65 - $70 perhour
  • Schedule: Two 12-hour shiftsper week
  • Employment Status:Part-time, employed

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, andtreat urgent care patients of all ages
  • Perform minor procedures(suturing, splinting, wound care, I&Ds)
  • Order and interpret X-raysand basic labs
  • Prescribe medications andmanage treatment plans
  • Educate patients and providedischarge instructions
  • Document care in the EMR andcollaborate with the care team
  • Adhere to all clinical,safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MPAS) program
  • Current Massachusetts NP orPA license or eligibility for licensure
  • National board certification(AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs)
  • Minimum of 1 year of urgentcare, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment andability to work independently
  • Proficiency in minorprocedures and acute care management
  • Excellent communication andteamwork skills
  • DEA registration (or abilityto obtain)
