Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and tire rotations efficiently and accurately.
Replace and repair tires as needed.
Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks and other maintenance needs.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate service recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
TIA certifications are a plus but not required.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
