Position Description
General Atlantic’s Human Capital Management (HCM) group is looking for a Temporary Coordinator to support our Recruiting Team for a 2-month assignment (May-early July 2026). This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in providing day‑to‑day support for the recruiting team and support firmwide talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

Support scheduling and coordinating interviews, including managing candidate communications

Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms

Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, including the full-cycle coordination of MBA and undergraduate recruiting processes

Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team as needed

Participate in broader firmwide programming, professional development opportunities, and weekly HCM meetings

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

1 year of experience preferred

Proven track record of achievement in academic and other settings

Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Organizational Development and Design strongly preferred

Experience with data visualization is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication

Show intellectual curiosity and are willing to go the extra mile

Organized, strong attention to detail with the ability to be proactive, solve problems, and multitask

Creative, solutions-oriented, and bring an energetic and positive attitude

Ability to work in fast‑paced environment and retain professionalism and accuracy, confidentiality a must

Weekly check‑ins

General Atlantic allows you to earn an hourly rate between $36-$40 USD.
