Location: Remote.

Position Type: 6M+ Contract (likely extensions).

Hourly / Salary: up to $120 per week (based on experience level).

Project Overview
This senior‑level, multi‑module functional consultant / SME role focuses on global implementation leadership and contingent workforce (CWR) expertise. It is a hands‑on configurator and lead, not just an advisor or support resource. It spans multiple HCM modules beyond just CWR, with a strong focus on CWR processes, including onboarding contractors, contract management, conversions to employee, supplier integrations, and data integrity. The ideal candidate has experience in 3+ full‑life‑cycle Workday HCM implementations, at least one being global / multi‑country.

Responsibilities

Workday HCM Module Configuration / Testing / Support (hands‑on)

– Emphasizing Learning / LMS (integrations / compliance training) / Talent Management / Organizational Development / Recruiting / Security (Domain Security / Role‑based Security / Access Management) / Reporting (Advanced Reporting / Calculated Fields / Dashboards / Analytics)

Workday Migration / Lifecycle Support

– Supporting End‑to‑End PeopleSoft‑to‑Workday Migration: Requirements Gathering / Design / Configuration / Data Conversion / Testing / Training / Post‑Go‑Live Hypercare

Global Configuration / Compliance

– Leading and/or contributing to Multi‑Country Workday Configurations: Localized Business Processes / Country‑Specific Compliance (Labor Laws / Data Privacy / Reporting / Global Template Standardization)

Stakeholder Coordination

– Partnering with HR / IT / Business Leaders / Global Teams: Driving Adoption / Alignment Across Regions

Contingent Workforce Management (CWR)

– Managing Workday CWR Processes: Onboarding / Contracting / Conversions / Supplier Integrations / Data Integrity

Integrations / LMS Support (expertise)

– System Integrations / Supporting LMS Platforms: Cornerstone / Retail / Operator Qualification (OQ) / Compliance‑Focused Solutions

Job Requirements

Workday HCM / Global Implementation

– Delivering multiple full‑life‑cycle Workday HCM implementations with success in multi‑country deployments

Functional / Configuration Expertise (hands‑on)

– Expertise across Workday Modules: Learning (LMS) / Talent / Organizational Development / Recruiting / Security / Reporting

LMS / Workday Integration

– Cornerstone LMS / Workday integrations (strongly preferred)

Multi‑LMS / Regulated Environments

– Supporting multiple LMS platforms within regulated industries (Retail / Operator Qualification / Pipeline / Energy / Compliance Training) (strongly preferred)

PeopleSoft / Data Migration (knowledge)

– Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data structures and best practices for Workday migration

Global HR / Compliance Knowledge

– Knowledge of global HR processes and regional compliance requirements (US / Canada / EU GDPR / Caribbean regulations / cross‑border data management)

CWR (Contingent Workforce)

– Supporting / managing Workday CWR / contingent workforce processes

Stakeholder Management / Communication

– Engaging effectively with global / cross‑functional stakeholders via strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate up to $120 per week, based on experience level. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. Salary range is disclosed as required by local law.
