Job Overview
Schneider is seeking a Recruiting Intern in Green Bay, WI to support Schneider’s Driver Recruiting team. The Recruiting Intern will assist with the day-to-day tasks associated with interviewing and hiring drivers.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, chats and text messages from driver candidates.
Provide superior customer service to driver candidates and other departments.
Schedule interviews for driver recruiters.
Assist driver recruiters with their day-to-day tasks.
Internship-specific Opportunities
Networking events with Schneider associates.
Professional skills trainings led by Schneider leaders.
Business resource groups meetings and events.
Volunteer activities.
After-work social gatherings.
Skills And Qualifications
Currently enrolled at a college or university.
Working toward an associate, technical or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, supply chain or logistics.
Able to work full-time over the summer.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
