Automotive Deal Billing Clerk

Responsibilities
Accurately bill all new and used vehicle deals
Process trade-in payoffs, including lien verification and submissions
Submit contracts to lenders and ensure timely funding
Review deal jackets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Management to resolve discrepancies
Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines
Requirements
Previous automotive dealership billing or accounting experience
Experience with DMS systems (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
