Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician (Richmond, VA)
What You'll Do:
Regularly inspect facility, equipment, and property for defects.
Assist with building renovations and repairs, both interior and exterior.
Assist with technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance, etc.).
Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal, etc.).
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
In recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem‑solve and multitask.
General knowledge of carpentry and repair.
