Position Overview

Emergency Medicine coverage need for 1 full-time MD/DO. Estimated 10-12 shifts to cover each block; minimum 3-5 shifts per block.

Required Qualifications

MD/DO

BE/BC in EM/FM/IM

ATLS/ACLS/PALS/BLS: Required if not ABEM

Residency trained (if not ABEM)

Alternative boards (ABPS): Not accepted

Active State License: Required (IMLC not accepted)

DEA: Active DEA with the state of requisition address

Credentialing/Onboarding Items (must be provided)

Updated cover sheet (client-specific)

Updated CV

Active state license for the state of requisition (official state lookup or license copy)

Active board certification (official board site lookup or board cert copy)

Active DEA with the state of requisition on it (correct state address required)

CSR/CDS/BNDD if required by the state

Any red flag documentation if applicable based on provider history
