Hematology/Oncology Physician

Locum to Perm Physician - Hematology Oncology in Paducah, KY.
Shift: Monday Friday clinic + call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM EMTALA call shifts)
Patient Population: Adults only
Setting: Clinic and Hospital (95% outpatient / 5% inpatient)
Responsibilities: Provide hematology and oncology care, manage patient treatments, handle consults, participate in call coverage, perform chemotherapy procedures
Required Procedures: Intrathecal chemotherapy, oncology and hematology treatments
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Not specified
Days Per Month: Not specified
On-Call/Weekends: Yes; every other weekend and 2 nights per week

Requirements:

• Board Certified Required
• Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Required
• BLS & ACLS Required
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) Required
