Permanent Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine

Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine
Location: Albany, NY
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM

Position Details:
Patient Population: High-Risk Obstetric / Maternal-Fetal Patients
Setting: Office-Based Practice with Hospital Call Coverage
Responsibilities: Provide maternal fetal medicine consultations, manage high-risk pregnancies, perform prenatal diagnostics, and participate in rotating call coverage
Required Procedures: Maternal-fetal evaluations, prenatal diagnostics, ultrasound interpretation, high-risk pregnancy management
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Established team of 3 physicians with ancillary clinical support
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: Call Rotation 1:3

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Fellowship Training in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Active New York State License
• BLS/ACLS Required
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
• No visa candidates accepted
• Candidate must not be within 30 miles of facility for name clear
• Strong high-risk OB experience preferred
